A Royal Commission on some RCMP national security officers' possibly un-Canadian activities. It has come to Cheng's knowledge that the Government of Canada may be about to announce a Royal Inquiry into some grave "questionable" conduct on the part of some RCMP national security officers. When in a treason case it was ready for them to take out and enforce warrants on 3 or more suspects, they since mid-1993 have refused to do it. Instead, they have allowed the actrocity to continue, apparently treating the suspects as "not to be touched" unless Prime Minister Chretien writes a letter ordering them to enforce warrants. 13 Aug 98/Thu/10:11pm Update:

My local MP's assistant informed me yesterday that Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his Cabinet have decided not to hold an open, originally contemplated Royal Inquiry(Prime Minister's letter) to deal with and deter a suspected CIA invasion into Canada's "security network." The latter( in quotation marks)is the exact term used by a Prime Ministerial aide. I have discovered the strategy being used is passive resistance. Now The Prime Minister's aides are heading an electronic effort calling on the whole nation to resist in this manner.

The CIA reluctantly agreed this morning that when President Clinton orders a cessation of CIA harassment and hostilities against me, the agency would "terminate". . . and let me seek appointments in Canada such as at the U of Toronto or/& McGill.
Otherwise, I could only immediately leave for Hong Kong where most probably I would be founding a Department of Neurophysics at the Chinese U of Hong Kong or/& U of Hong Kong.

Dear Sir:

Early this morning, I was informed by my MP's assistant Ron that he had learned from Canadaian Prime Minister's Office staff that no Royal Inquiry would be held. Insofar as I know, the PMO on behalf of Canada's Cabinet is still protesting against this incident. However, they can no longer eonduct an open inquiry to condemn them. Only electronic protests.

Asccordingly, I would be returning to Hong Kong as soon as my luggage etc. could be sorted and shipped: around the end of September, 1998.

Since I have had no time to train someone to give lectures right now, it may be that I might have to assume campus duties for the first year. If you could, remuneration would have to be accordingly increased. Nevertheless, should you face financial constraint, so long as you pay me enough for me to live on, that would be fine with me.

Also, on my arrival, we could and have to immediately conduct a press conference to let the whole world know that I have discovered memory. Perhaps we should leave my overthrowing Darwin later, the next time.

The ensuing is unnecessary but I do so to ensure that you could register a rejection. My fax is still working. Therefore, please right away fax me a rejection letter should you have no job for me at all. In that event, on my arrival in Hong Kong, I would not be going to campus to see you, and would be looking for employment elsewhere.

Are Canadians allowed to be Canadians?
Despite my dual citizenship, I have not been less of either. Quite to the contrary, I have had to work doubly hard: one share for each nation.
As a Canadian citizen since 19, I have been a Canadian for more years than possibly 30% of Canadians born in Canada. If they are all genuine Canadians, I cannot be less bona fide. Otherwise, they cannot be Canadians.
That is the whole point in the CIA's forcing me into their path to betray this nation. Should I have no right to question as to why I as a Canadian am disallowed to be a Canadian? Which nation, which power now can dictate to all peoples of the world that they must become its citizens, that they have ceased to have their own freedom of choice over nationalities and self-determination? I certainly have demonstrated that even the CIA has not yet acquired that almighty power. I do not promote the concept of God. But the reality is that irrespective of whether God exists, most peoples of the world share only one kingdom in common--- the Kingdom of God.
So, forget making all of us Americans. We are not!!! But, if you were God, show us and we'll all become your citizens of the Kingdom of God! But since you are not God(but I am not saying you are Satan either), we shall not surrender!
For the past 23 years struggling under their extortion, insult, intimidation, torture. . ., I still have resisted their demand to help them "win over the world" and certainly have not departed from the way of a patriotic Canadian. Yet, well, actually partly because of it, they want to drive me out of Canada as they did for the past 23 years or more! A loyal Canadian disallowed to have the right of abode in Canada, the barest minimum Canada even grants to countless refugees from other nations still having not contributed to this nation yet. Who could be doing it?

Are more Canadians to lose their basic human [ and civil ] rights, and freedoms for being patriotic? Is this not a form of violent or say the least oppressive conquest rather than "peaceful annexation?" Would people truly welcome such rude intruders? Should many Canadians die in the event of a "coup?" Would not that have been a "war" rather than peace? If war, how could there ever be a peaceful annexation? Unless the Canadians truly want to join the USA for reasons other than fear, or having been deceived or cajoled, unless the Canadians "love" American values, genuinely decent, peace-loving values of humanity, and unless the Canadians are convinced that by joining the USA they would gain whatever they desperately need, there can be no voluntary joining the USA by Canada. Really, with respect to the preceding, what does the USA have that the Canadians don't? Canada has a lot of these truly humanitarian peace-loving virtues. Or, do we want their violence, fascism, wars, intrusion into Canadian lives and sovereignty, and intimidation of Canadians? (17 Aug 98/Mon/10:11am)

Is the President of the United States going to uphold a little sense of justice, equity and others' barest minimal human rights?
The answer appears to be yes. Let's wait and see.

*19/8/2004: Some months later in 1998, the White House called one of their men in the RCMP to visit me with the message for me not to send any more faxes. This was followed weeks later with a phone call from a woman there saying "The President cannot meet with you." Obviously this was a case that the President was deferring to either the Congress or what Canada could do about it.
